We recently traveled out of the Hickory area to do a wedding up in the mountains of North Carolina. Below are a few of the pictures from the day.

A red rose with a seed accent looks striking with a black ribbon with a knot detail.

The church was small and simple which coordinated with the decor, a wooden arch and brightly colored flowers.

The bridal bouquet consisted of white orchids, white roses, and accented with a snip of a succulent plant.

Railing at church.

Above is a 15 inch ring surrounding a white candle in a hurricane vase. Bright greens, reds, and purples contrasted nicely against the dark black tablecloth.

Flower petals in all different sizes, shapes, and textures created a “confetti” look at the base of the cake. The black ribbon really popped against the creamy cake, while the flowers, well, they were the “icing on the cake!”
