I’ve tried almost everything to go down a few dress sizes with a diet, and some of the time they were a success, and some others never even lasted. Now what I want to know is, do the “Nutrisystem” meal plans they always advertise on TV actually work? Because I heard from an entertainment special that it was total nonsense. I’ve ran out of options on what to do. Has anyone ever tried the plan and did or does it give you the results you want?
