There is also the matter of alcoholic beverages when it come to lower body fat. The term “beer belly” exists for a reason. Cutting back beer drinking or eliminating it altogether will be imperative to losing your lower body fat. The most obvious reason being the calorie content in the beer is so high, that eliminating it will reduce your overall calorie intake thus causing you to lose weight.
