day four down! :) i am less tired today! still not bouncing off the walls or anything, but not exhausted like i was. i am also less hungry today which is awesome but still doesn’t make me not want to eat delicious forbidden things, lol. ps- i did get in all of my 5 medifast meals today, i just didn’t record them all.
