“The seller was very professional and answered the questions questioned. the ribbon themselves were not a disappointment as they came exactly as ordered, the only negative aspect was the fact that instead of 100 ribbons, 200 were needed and that option was not available, so what we had to do was order the 100 twice and pay double the shipping fee. prints were clean and clear.would highly recommend.”

this item was just what we needed. my sister was coordinating her own wedding reception and i just happened to find this item at amazon.com. couldn’t beat the price and convenience. only complaint is lack of communication from vendor. we ordered the ribbons, but there was no place to specify color, message, image. after several days, we received a skimpy email requesting the specs. once we sent the email, we did not receive notification confirming that the specs were received. the ribbons just showed up a couple of days later. BUT THEY WERE PERFECT!
