It’s up to you about the veil. I would say it’s about 50/50. I didn’t wear one, but I know several who did.
Bridesmaids usually pay for their own dresses.

Wearing a vale is your choice. I reckon they are gorgeous. Bridesmaids do buy their own dresses and they keep them. For them being in your wedding you could give them a gift, like a necklace for them all to wear that day and they should match. Ushers or groommens also pay their own atire.

Bridesmaids pay for their own dresses – usually. Sometimes a Bride will give the buy as the thank you gift for being the Bridesmaid. As for the veil, I’ve seen it both ways…..a lot depends on the gown you end up with and the over all look….small, finger tip, long to the train length…lots of choices but a excellent bridal shop will patiently sort thru all this with you.
    Delight in your day!

Bridesmaids usually pay for their own dresses- you aren’t expected to do that. If you are really well off and want to pay for them, that’s fantastic, but not expected.

Some brides wear a veil, some dont’— just very personal choice. Just because your friend doens’t have one, doens’t mean that many brides still do. It really is about 50/50. Do what you are comfortable with.

Some brides wear veils, some don’t. I plot to but not over my face, it will hang behin my head the whole time.

It seems that most brides maids assume they will buy their own dresses now, you could pay for them if you’d like and if you have the money to do so.

    Congrats!!!!

Wearing a veil is up to you. I suggest holding off until you have your dress on…that’s when you will probably know if you want to wear one or not.

The bridesmaids buy their dresses and shoes.

some brides still wear a veil but there are other options too…look at lots of pictures in magazines and at websites
the bridesmaids can buy their own dresses…just get them a gift of earrings or a necklace for them to wear that day would be thoughtful

Most brides wear a veil. I do not plot to.

Bridesmaids pay for their own dresses and shoes. Make certain that whoever you question, knows that. If they can’t afford it, they should bow out. I’m not having any attendants.
