We have a 10.5 inch tall vase with a white floating candle at the top. Our colors are black, red and white. At the moment we were going to have a red and white flower inner weave in the vase or just have a stem with red berries. If we want to stay away from the floral design (elegant) what else could we throw in the vase to give it some red that would be different but stylish?

I’d like to have magnolia in our decor. Specifically looking for some kind of magnolia leaf to vine up posts and then add magnolia flowers on it? Do you know of good web sites that I can find something like this. To see what it would look like, or cost? Or ideas/suggestions?

My fiance’s best friend is getting married in Arkansas in April. My fiance is one of the groomsmen, which probably means that I may want to spend a little more on what I’m wearing because he’ll be in a tux.

So, anyway, I’m looking for ideas. It seems like this spring’s trend is black and white, but would that be okay for a wedding? I can’t seem to find anything else in the stores. Floral prints are rampant too – are those acceptable?

Also, for more background, the ceremony is in a church in downtown Little Rock on a Saturday afternoon. The reception is in an adjoining hall.

I’m getting married in a church next June. Pretty much every church wedding I’ve been to have very similar decorations on the stage- big floral arrangements with white flowers and greenery along with some white candles. I want mine to be a little more unique and modern. My colors are light pink and navy. I thought of using white and pink in the floral arrangements, but I need some creative minds to help me! Any ideas?

I love the idea of having fresh flowers… but I also wanted to keep my bouquet after we’re married. I know it can be preserved but would it look dried out and discolored? I’ve never done anything like that before. Any ideas? Or anyone done it before?

I am having some trouble getting ideas for my November wedding. Obviously, magazines only have summer wedding decor so it is hard to take ideas from as far as flowers. I was just wondering how fall/winter brides are planning their weddings. I want to have some ideas before meeting with our floral designer again but it is difficult to find good pictures. I am finding that the ones on the internet can be limited as well.

I am mainly looking for flowers……….my colors are champagne, white and mermaid,a really mellow turquoise.

I’m not sure what to do for the centerpieces this a fairytale princess/prince theme wedding…. I’ve been shown the horse and carriage candle holders. I don’t really like them. It is very traditional in my family that the centerpieces be something that at the end one lucky guest at each table usually walks away with. Do you have any creative centerpiece ideas for a wedding reception to be held in the afternoon (inside) which doesn’t include floral arrangements, because they’re too expensive. Candles are wonderful but I’m not sure they’d be right for a daytime wedding.
