Blue is a relatively rare color for flowers, but there are several gorgeous varieties of flowers that go well in/with blue.

If you want to stay with primarily blue flowers, I would suggest looking at hydrangeas, delphiniums, and irises. Hydrangeas come in a few shades of blue from a bit darker to pale, nearly purplish hues. Delphiniums are blue, but are smaller than many other varieties of flowers. Irises can be blue, but will have a yellow swath on one of the petals, which is fantastic if you plot on accenting with yellows/golds/oranges.

Of course, if you are using accent colors, you can always use arrangements in shades of the accents to compliment the rest of the decor.

If you have a lot of money to spend on the wedding, you could even buy blue roses, which are gorgeous, but are often not a right blue as they are dyed. A truly blue rose has been developed, but I do not believe that the botanists who genetically engineered that gem have been able to produce enough separate plants to mail out yet, and so the cost for the blooms is astronomical.
