First relax. Second watch how everyone else is dancing and try to mimic. Third your cousin is family and as long as you don’t have romantic feelings toward your cousin then go ahead and dance.

You should dance with your cousin. I did at the wedding I went to. As far as dancing itself, no one is going to care how you are dancing, most people including adults just get up there and sway side to side.

Side step to the beat of the song and go your arms in a similar motion and relax so it looks smooth and you know what you’re doing. Also don’t look down. Keep your eyes at your partner and smile. And yes, there is nothing incorrect dancing with your cousin. Have fun!

1st thing to do is to relax. This day isn’t about you so no one will remember how excellent you danced a week after the wedding is over. Just place your hand on his shoulder and walk in a small circle. About that cousin of yours….Hmmm? Well if you don’t question him someone else might and then where would you be? You are 13 for goodness sake! You can wait a couple of years before you marry him.
