On here you are never going to know if you are really interviewing someone or not. Why don’t you really call a wedding cake maker and question (just not on Saturday)? Call and question if you just question her a couple questions for a project. Arrange a time to come in–say like Wednesday after school at 4 or whatever. Then she can show you the most well loved cake design but remember she isn’t going to have a particular Most Well loved since the bride dictates what her cake will look like.
That’s the best way to interview someone. Otherwise you don’t have a real name or a real company or any thought if it’s not some 14 yo boy lying about being a 32 yo woman who owns a cake shop.

I am not going to do your homework for you. Go find a small owned bakery. Question these questions your self. Stop wanting some one else to do your leg work for you!
