usually they are delivered, and where ever you are holding the wedding will set them up for you. if not then just get one of your brides maids to pick them up and have some friends set them up.

What you need to do is either have a wedding planner or mom, trusted friend or relative in charge of the floral delivery. Their job is to count the flowers and make sure everything is there and is the right color. You want them to be fresh and you don’t want to have to refrigerate everything. So, I’d say about 2 hours before the ceremony you have them delivered so that you can set up and prepare any arrangements that are for the ceremony. Then, you can refrigerate the boquets that are to be held during the ceremony to ensure that they will not wilt until just before things are getting started. It’s not work that the bride does though. If you went to Jewel or a grocery store – then you will have to buy them the night before and refrigerate them. If you bought them from an actual florist who does weddings – they should deliver. It’s certainly a job you want to delegate though. If you didn’t use a real florist or didn’t question them for a sample boquet – you can’t be really sure about getting the perfect color. If you ordered from Jewel or a store that is not a florist who does weddings or if you ordered by mail or over the internet – then in that case you need the delivery ahead of time to ensure that you don’t have to order more and make sure no mistakes were made. If you are putting together the boquets and such yourself then obviously you need additional time to do that and then having to refigerate the flowers. So, the timing is up to you. If you have a real florist who does weddings – they will also have an opinion on the best time for the delivery.

They are usually delivered. Let the florist know what time and where the festivities take place. The florist should be able to work it all out.

It depends on what you work out with the florist. Some may require you to pick up – some may deliver, and I’d nearly imagine it is based on how much you $pend and the size of the flowers for the centerpieces.

You should be able to pick the time. Ours were delivered around noon – wedding was at 2.
