   Here is a list that I found. You should also question your florist about what types of flowers they are able to get. You might have to pay a small extra for certain flowers that you want, but some florists are able to get them for excellent prices.

   Autumn is the season of the primary harvest. Autumn falls during september – november in the Northern hemisphere, and during september – november in the Southern hemisphere.Crops are harvested during Autumn. Leaves change color are at their gorgeous best.

   Flowers Blooming in Autumn are:

   Acashia, Allium, Alstromeria, Amaranthus, Anemone, Baby’s Breath, Bittersweet, Carnation, China berry, Chrysanthemum, Cockscomb, Cosmos, Echinops, Freesia, Gerbera Daisy, Gladiolus, Hypericum, Iris, Juniper, Kangaroo paw, Kalancheo, Liatrus, Lily, Asiatic, Lily, Gloriosa, Misty Blue, Orchid, Pepper berry, Protea, Queen Ann’s Lace, Quince, Rover, Roses, Rowen berry, Salvia, Solidago, Statice, Star of Bethlehem, Sunflower, Yarrow, Zinnia.

   I reckon that roses are gorgeous and classic for bouquets. If you have a tight budget you can use the gerbera daisies. I used roses for my bouquet and gerbera daisies for my bridesmaid bouquets.

   Dahlias are a fall flower and stunning. Roses you can pretty much get year round. Calla Lilies, too.

   Mums are also nice.

   I also was able to get tulips in October.
