Arranging your own flowers is honestly simple to do for the arrangements but harder for a bouquet. how complex of a bouquet are you wanting?
what color are the dresses? ivory roses might be fine for the bridesmaids but i wouldn’t do it for your own bouquet. against the white or ivory dress it isn’t going to pop in pictures. usually brides use their “colors” in their bouquets.
use something to contrast like either grass or crystals. wrap the bottom in ribbon. let’s say the bridesmaids are wearing pink, i’d have your bouquet be that same shade of pink mixed in with the ivory. you’ll need lots of florist tape.

Using all white flowers is a very classic/traditional look. As the other answer noted, they might get lost against a white dress. If your style is traditional you could use the light flowers and add some color with the ribbon and crystals. If you are looking for more contemporary, adding a splash of color to your bouquet with either colored roses of something more unique.
