2. Did you have any problems getting your pictures back in a timely fashion or when they were promised?
3. Did the photographer maintain excellent communication with you – did they respond to your questions in a timely fashion?
4. Was there anything you disliked about the service you received?
you should go on the internet and do a small research on the companies.
Always question to see a portfolio of their work.
Google the company and read the reviews.
And most vital; always get a signed contract!
I don’t know but I do know one thing for sure:::::!!!!
Do not wear a foundation (base) (coverup) with UV protection or Sunblock in it as this will make the flash in the camera light up your face like a lightbulb and ruin every close up or near shot of you to where you look like a chinese Geisha girl. I was so upset and my photographer didn’t tell me this until after the photos came out. And my makeup artist obviously had not clue.
Just an FYI I thought was vital to any bride to be.
did he show up on time?
Did you get what you paid for?
Would you book him again?
Were your photos comparable to what he showed you when you looked through his samples?
The pictures that he took do u like it and if you don’t then you should tell him that you don’t and then get another photographer that could do a better job then him.
1. Was the photographer punctual?
2. Was he/she friendly and professional? Did he/she make them and their family/friends feel at ease?
3. Did the photographer maintain open communication with them about everything both before and after the wedding?
4. How did he/she handle any issues/surprises that may have come up?
5. Were they pleased with their pictures/albums, etc?
6. Is there anything they would have changed? If so, what?
7. Did they have any problems with the photographer? If so, were they resolved in an acceptable way?
8. Would they recommend this photographer to their best friend?
