I took off my engagement ring because my hand started to swell,because of a allergic food reaction.I would feel sick if i lost that ring. BUT remember its only a ring your more vital. i would be sad if my man lost his ring. MY ring says ever yours in side
Yes – I take my ring off when I work out as well as before going to bed. When I work out, it pinches my finger. I can’t sleep with jewelry on.
My wife only takes her ring off if she’s putting her hand in some sort of chemical (bleach, etc). And other than that, it stays on her finger. Why? Because it’s valuable.
I’d be upset if I lost my ring, but, I know where it is at all times. Same for my wife.

Sure they hold alot of sentiment. But the rings are secondary to the hearts bound together. They are a Symbol of unending like and commitment. But they are still just a symbol. They unlike the one you marry are replaceable.

Only when washing or working. Rings have a habit of getting caught on things and being a mechanic there is a lot to get caught on. Yes they both are engraved and custom. If either of us lost them we would be heart broke.
I took my ring off because it was cutting the circulation off to my finger–thats the only reason and it is being resized
My husband had to take his off because he wore it to work and got his hand slammed in a door and it bent the ring out of shape–I still need to get it fixed but it will cost $100 to do it, and that just isn’t in our budget right now.

My hubby use to work at a meat packing plant and would take his ring off before going to work so it wouldn’t get caught on the machines.–When our 2nd child was 5yrs ancient, she took my hubby’s ring off the dresser (yes she climbed up it using the drawers) and she place it in her mouth–now not knowing what she had in her mouth, I told her to throw whatever is in her mouth in the garbage, because she had a habit of putting toys in her mouth and I started making her throw them away, when I caught her with them in her mouth, needless to say she threw his ring away, I took the garbage out later that day and of course it was pick up day, and when hubby got home he questioned what happened to his ring and our 5yr ancient told him she threw it away, cuz mommy told her to. So of course I went out and bought him a new one.

1. Yes, I take my wedding ring and engagement ring off when I am in the shower only because they fall off if I do not… Other than that no i do not and I never leave the house without my rings.

i take off my ring at night coz i lost alot of weight and i dont want to lose it. wear it everyday with another ring to keep it in my finger. my hubby stopped wearing his this year and i dont want to question it. it’s engraved with the date of our wedding and his name on my ring and my name on his ring. i will be so sad if i lost my ring, it’s the symbol of my entering a new life with my husband a long long time ago.

My husband never took his ring off. Intill this weekend he got a job at a tattoo shop.an i went to drop lunch off to him an i seen him with it off.I questioned why is your ring on the other hand?
